Christian women can empower each other to do better and live a lifestyle that represents Jesus. Well, my focus is not going to be secular. I want to help us as sisters in Christ to empower each other for God. As older women, if we would lead by example, then the younger generation will carry the torch when we die out. Within our churches and in Christendom, there isn’t as much support as needed. It’s time for us to show the younger generation and the world the importance of being a Christian woman that empowers.
Our focus at the Women's Empowerment Workshop is not going to be secular nor religious, but offer spiritual fellowship and unity. We want to encourage and motivate others sisters in Christ to empower each other for God. It's time to share your wealth of information through spiritual and positive networking. As professionals who serve the same God, we can help out those that need to be pointed in the right direction. If someone is qualified for a particular office or job and there is something that we can do, let’s do it. As Christian women, we should want to see other Christian women moving up the ranks just as we are, owning businesses or being awesome mothers and wives. "Women instinctually know how to nourish each other, and just being with each other is restorative" ~ Unknonw. Our light for Jesus needs to shine, especially during the times that we are facing today. If there is advice on colleges, internships, or career decisions that we can impart to the younger generation of Christian girls, let’s be open. The love that we have for one another should drive us to see that the younger women and older ones alike receive the help they need to bring God glory in all that they do. As believing women of God, we should support the positions God has called other Christian women to. God always requires us to serve before we can become a leader. Look at the life of Joseph, and you will see. You may believe that you can do a better job, but God has placed her there for a reason, and you should support her. The key focus of this Workshop is for participants to leave with a moure earnest zeal for ministry, along with an enriched with spirit-led and spirit-filled prayer life. Prayer is important because it helps us to stay close to God. When we pray, we are opening up our hearts to Him and He is able to work in us and through us. Prayer also helps us to grow in our relationship with God. The more we talk and spend time with someone the more we get to know them.
