Being a mom is an important job, and God’s Word gives us instructions on how to do the job well. By faithfully following Christ, you’ll be a mom worth celebrating—on Mother’s Day, and every day. Motherhood is a gift from the Lord–one of the ways we can glorify and serve Him (1 Timothy 5:10). It also offers many opportunities to grow in our understanding of God’s mercy, love, and grace. Motherhood is sanctifying, but it is also sweet. Scripture teaches mothers to point children toward Christ by praying for them, modeling faith and character, and training them in wisdom (Proverbs 1:8, 29:15). Proverbs 22:6 conveys the general principles that if we “Train up children in the way they should go, even when they are old they will not turn from it.” This will be a great opportunity for you to receive some great awakening of truth from some motivational and seasoned women of faith. They will bring you empowering and refreshing Word from the Lord through divine revelations and spiritual insight through personal experiences and testimonies how to trust in God during your journey with effectual and fervent prayer while maintaining joy and sustaining peace that surpasses all understanding. God did a special thing when he brought the first Mother into the world, for without the first mother, Eve. Our mothers would not be here as well. Our command is to honor them so that we might be entrusted with a long life as well. Mothers, we are so thankful for you. I pray we never break the Lord’s command and fail to honor you and express our thankfulness for you daily. The blessing of a godly mother is seen in her faith, for she models it to her children, to her family all the time. "When I call to remembrance the [a]genuine faith that is in you, which dwelt first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice, and I am persuaded is in you also. Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" 2 Timothy 1:5-7 (NKJV). The sovereignty of God in our lives is the first indication none other than but a Mother. She is the leader who makes us confident, who teaches us to believe in ourselves. Who always protects us from every danger, obstacle comes to our lives. She puts strength inside us and helps to grow healthy, strong and unbeatable oneself. To make trust and firm footing of affectionate intimacy in our lives; mothers' love needs to be given unconditionally and a mother perfectly does this job without any hesitation.
