40-Day Corporate Prayer and Fasting

Prayer for Cleansing and Forgiveness:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with contrite spirit and humble heart, acknowledging our sins and shortcomings. We seek You today and ask that You would wash us clean with your purifying grace, that You would forgive us for our immoral decisions and wicked mistakes we have made, through the years, weeks, days and even hours. 

Lord, we thank You for removing any mental strongholds and for helping us to think and see clearly. From this time forth, we will not trust in false prophecies, lying tongues, and dishonorable spirits that have led us away from Your righteousness.

Lord, we acknowledge all sins, and understand how displeasing they are.We pray that You would renew my spirit with Your unconditional love, and grant us the strength to move forward with a cleansed conscience for all unrighteousness. 

Father, God, we pray that You will protect us from all forms of evil that seek to harm us today. Please, Lord, surround our families with Your divine shield, keeping us safe from negative influences, for we declare no weapon formed against me shall ever prosper or succeed.

Lord, we come before You with a remorseful heart and repentant spirit, regarding everything that is dishonorable and displeasing to You, as we have a wholehearted desire to change and turn away from wicked behavior, conduct, reactions and ways.

Lord, Jehovah God, according to Psalms 51, please have mercy on us, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. We extend our gratitude to You, for Your mercy and willingness to forgive us all our transgressions and trespasses in Jesus' Mighty Name, we do pray Amen, Amen and Amen!
